Production Blending/Compounding, Sunlite Plastics – Germantown, WI

If you have prior manufacturing experience and want to learn a new skill, then this job is for you!

The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated, have excellent attendance, and pays attention to detail.  This role is responsible for performing blending/compounding operations, to ensure continuous operation from shift to shift.  Mechanical aptitude is preferred and you must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting production goals.  This position also offers advancement opportunities and generous pay increases.


Hands on training is provided on-site.  Openings are available on 2nd shift (4 PM – 12 AM).


Sunlite Plastics is a custom extrusion company that specializes in high volume, tight tolerance, flexible medical tubing.  We also compound PVC materials for our own use.  Sunlite’s customers include many of the most highly regarded medical device OEM’s in the world.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Blend and compound materials to be processed into plastic tubing

Talent Acquisition Specialist, Diversatek Corporate - Milwaukee, WI

Diversatek is looking for an eager & committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to come on board to help identify top talent for management, professional, technical and other skill positions for all of Diversatek divisions. This opportunity will start out as part-time approximately 24 hours/week and ultimately transition to full-time status at 40 hours/week. He/she will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, utilizing creative and outside-the-box sourcing techniques to target candidates such as cold calling, social media, and resume search engines. This position will also work closely with senior management to spear-head initiatives centered on Diversatek being an employer of choice through growth of Diversatek’s employer brand and overall employee satisfaction. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be intimately involved in the corporate implementation of a new HRIS system and conduct various HR generalist activities as directed.


Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Manage job postings on a variety of external job sites; use your creativity to identify new tools/resources
  • Source and develop passive candidates through networking, complex internet searches, social media, research, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company’s ATS
  • Interview and assess candidates’ qualifications through a combination of behavioral interviews and competency based evaluations.
  • Provide fact-based and candid assessments of talent and make clear recommendations

Senior Director-Diagnostic Market Development, Diversatek Healthcare, Inc. - Milwaukee, WI

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Director of Diagnostic Market Development. This person will be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of strategic plans and strategies for Diversatek Healthcare’s gastrointestinal product lines including our first-to-market technology, the MiVu™ Mucosal Integrity System. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional relationship-builder, possessing outstanding communication and presentation skills and the ability to quickly learn and teach existing and new market technologies to internal and external audiences.


Job Responsibilities


  • Together with internal stakeholders, create the operational launch, budget, and roll-out strategies for Diversatek Healthcare’s first-to-market technology, MiVu™ Mucosal Integrity, including the development of reimbursement strategies.
  • Develop and cultivate teams of key opinion leaders (KOL), keeping abreast of emerging procedures, practices, and therapies in the areas of gastrointestinal diseases, GERD, and motility and recommend opportunities for the KOL team to grow revenue and the support channel of distribution.
  • Effectively leverage the KOL network in the launch and sales of MiVu™ in the areas of white papers and research.
  • Develop competitive strategy and product analysis for current diagnostic product lines (ZVu® Manometry and ZepHr® Reflux Monitoring) enhancing revenue and market share opportunities.
  • Identify and bring forth new technologies and products in current and future market spaces and provide business/market plans for technology and market spaces beneficial to the company.
  • Work closely with the channel of distribution, providing sales generation, demonstration, and closing support as needed.
  • Recommend additional products and clinical applications utilizing MiVu™ technology to enhance revenue and market share.

Job Requirements


  • Qualified candidate will have 10+ years of professional experience selling and/or marketing medical devices or capital equipment, preferably in the gastrointestinal (GI) market space.

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on material forms.
  • Reads shop order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
  • Returns materials to stock.
  • Follows all required ISO and FDA regulations as communicated through the Quality Management System.
  • Loads finished goods onto racks, and shelves.
  • Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
  • Prepares sterile loads to and from shipment.
  • Transports materials to or from storage to designated area, using hand truck or electric dolly.

Required Skills
